Ferris Bueller’s Day Off – Movie Review

Hi Everybody! Welcome! My name is Phoenix and today I’m going to be talking about the movie, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. Does anybody know why I’m talking about this movie? Anyone?… Anyone?… Anyone?… Because, it’s the 30th anniversary and my dad made me watch it. It’s one of his favorite movies. Overall I kind of liked the movie because there were two funny parts and one action part. Overall I think it was a fun movie to watch. That’s probably why my dad liked it. But there is a lot of bad language in this movie. I don’t think my dad knew how much bad language there was when he wanted me to watch it because he had to keep reminding me not to repeat any of those words. So, if you let your kids see this movie, please be aware that there is some bad language. And you might need to say to your kids, “Don’t repeat this words until you’re older.”

I really like the part where Ferris Bueller snuck into the parade and sung the song, Twist And Shout. And everybody was dancing. There was another favorite part that I like. It’s when there were these two guys and they took the red car and they went over the mountain and the car was flying and there was Star Wars music! STAR WARS!!! Another favorite part was when Cameron looked at the miles after the two guys drove the car and he freaks out. He yells “AAAAAAHHHHH” so loud that the whole entire city heard him. Then there was a scene where Cameron was sitting on a chair on the diving board and he falls in. Then Ferris comes in the pool and saves him. Then Cameron says, “Farris Bueller, you’re my hero.” And he was joking the whole entire time.

The action scene I was talking about was at the end of the movie. It was when Ferris had to race home to try to beat his parents and his sister so he doesn’t get caught skipping school. And that was a really good scene too. “Danke shoen. Darlin danke shoen.”
